"Extremely disappointed with GoMechanic. My new car has been damaged/ruined during service, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one is responding or taking ownership. I even tried reaching out to senior team members, but there has been complete silence. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable from a brand of this scale. Requesting urgent intervention and resolution before I’m forced to escalate this further through legal and consumer forums."

"Very bad experience, got my harrier serviced from here they dont have necessary infrastructure to do the service.. all they can do is clean the car and change the oil... Please refrain from booking this place or from go mechanic... even car computer scanning they will not hire someone to check in detail as they wish to save the Rs 500 charge the the professional will charge them.. they will say to go to company for getting it checked"
